A notice to remedy breach is a written document warning the other person that they have broken the agreement or the law and asking them to fix the problem. - If the resident or provider disagrees with the breach
If a notice to remedy breach has been given to the other person and they have not fixed the problem, there are steps which can be taken to have the matter resolved.
