Disagreements between providers and residents

What does a provider do if there is a disagreement with a resident about an accommodation issue?

The RTA encourages service providers and residents to speak with each other to resolve any problems. If this does not work the service provider can apply to the RTA's Dispute Resolution Service for assistance. If the process is not successful the service provider can make an application to the Small Claims Tribunal for a decision. For further information refer to the Dispute Resolution Services Fact Sheet.
