Part Payment of Rental Bond - Form 7

Purpose of this form

This form is used to make part payments of a rental bond to the RTA during the tenancy.

This may occur when the tenants are 'paying off' the bond to the lessor/agent, or when the rent increases and as a result, there is an increase in the tenant's rental bond. The initial part-payment is made via a Bond Lodgement (form 2).

Tenants, lessors or lessor's agents complete this form.

Lodging the form

As each part-payment is paid, a new Part Payment of Rental Bond (form 7) and the rental bond money, must be lodged with the RTA by the lessor/agent within 10 days of receipt.
