Rooming style accommodation fact sheets
Theses fact sheets have been prepared specifically for providers/agents and residents in rooming accommodation: boarding houses, hostels and off-campus rooming style student accommodation in Queensland. These types of accommodation are covered by the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008.

Dispute resolution services If there is an issue which the resident and provider/agent cannot resolve themselves, they can access the RTA's Dispute Resolution Service for assistance.
