Online bond refunds and lodgements

eServices will be offline to allow for routine maintenance. The service will be unavailable from 5.00pm Friday 14 June 2019 to 6am Monday 17 June 2019. You will be unable to upload forms or access eServices at this time. Thank you for your patience while we undertake this important maintenance work.

Anyone can upload a lodgement or refund form. There is no need to create an account, simply:

  • Lodge a bond here (or add money to an existing bond)
  • Claim your refund here

You will receive a 10 digit code once you have successfully uploaded your form. This code is confirmation your form has been received by the RTA. You may consider sharing this code with other parties to the bond to assure them that the lodgement/refund process has commenced.

Property managers/owners can register for an eServices account. eServices account holders can:

  • request a full tenant refund (without the need to upload a form)
  • search for a bond, and
  • display and print their full list of bonds
