Online bond refunds and lodgements
Important: The RTA is going paperless and will cease bulk printing of all forms and publications from 1 January 2020.
Important: From 1 February 2020, Web Services will replace the PDF upload facility for paper bond refunds. The ability to view bonds and lodge 100% tenant refunds through eServices will remain.
Anyone can upload a lodgement or refund form. There is no need to create an account, simply:
You will receive a 10 digit code once you have successfully uploaded your form. This code is confirmation your form has been received by the RTA. You may consider sharing this code with other parties to the bond to assure them that the lodgement/refund process has commenced.

Property managers/owners can register for an eServices account. eServices account holders can:
- request a full tenant refund (without the need to upload a form)
- search for a bond, and
- display and print their full list of bonds
