The Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA) is developing online versions of the paper-based forms our customers currently use when transacting with us to provide more convenience and ensure a seamless, efficient customer experience.
The roll out of targeted digital services is underpinned by consultation within the rental sector that indicates a strong desire from the Queensland renting community for easier and more efficient ways of doing business with the RTA.
With more than 34% of Queenslanders currently renting and that number on the rise, the RTA is committed to optimising our services and continuing to deliver on our vision of renting that works for everyone.
The RTA’s online forms project will be rolled out in stages over the coming months. More detailed information will be provided once it becomes available. Comprehensive educational materials will also be available to guide our customers through the transition.
