Queensland tenancy laws to introduce minimum housing standards came into effect for new tenancies (including renewed tenancies) on 1 September 2023 and for all remaining tenancies from 1 September 2024. Whether you’re a tenant, a property manager or a property owner, it’s important to understand your rights and responsibilities.
