In this webinar, we deliver an overview of the Queensland residential rental law changes that have come into effect during 2024 with a focus on questions asked about the new laws.

We also take time to answer questions and share details on where you can find helpful resources on each rental law change topic.

During this 45 minute presentation, we will discuss:

• rent and rent increases 
• bonds and evidence for rental bond claims
• utility bills
• reletting costs.

We will also provide an overview of the changes that will come into effect on 1 May 2025.
