New and updated forms for general tenancies and rooming accommodation have recently been added to support the residential rental sector during the COVID-19 emergency period.
The RTA has developed online versions of the forms our customers use for essential tenancy transactions, making it easier and more convenient to do business with us.
RTA Web Services are available for:
- Bond Lodgements
- Bond Refunds and Disputes
- Update Your Details
- Change of Bond Contributors
- COVID-19 Dispute Resolution Web Service
RTA forms can also be accessed in a fillable Adobe PDF format (can be completed and saved electronically). These forms require Adobe Reader (download the current version from Adobe).
The RTA will cease bulk printing of all forms and publications from 1 January 2020.
Moving towards paperless services will help the RTA to reduce the Queensland rental sector’s environmental footprint. While the RTA encourages all customers to use Web Services for single bond transactions, customers will still be able to download the latest forms and publications from our website, or order single printed copies via the website or by calling 1300 366 311.
